Es ist schon ein Weilchen her, da habe ich versucht Vanillesoße zu kochen. das Rezept stammt aus einem alten DDR- Kochbuch. Hier seht ihr die Zutaten, die man benötigt und die Zubereitung.
Also ich muss sagen, ich werds wohl noch einmal üben müssen. Mir ist das Ei nämlich leider geronnen, weil die vanillesoße noch zu heiß war. Zudem werde ich das nächste Mal den Zuckeranteil verringern. Das ganze war mir dann doch ein wenig zu süß...
Was habt ihr für Erfahrungen mit selbstgemachter Vanillesoße gemacht? Was ist euer Lieblingsrezept?

Could it be just me or does it seem like a few of these responses appear as if they are coming from brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are posting on other online sites, I would like to follow anything fresh you have to post.
